Wills
Wills allow you to decide, among other things, who will be your personal representative, who will inherit your assets, who will have custody of your minor children (if any), and who will be the trustee for your minor children (if any). If you do not have a will, the State of Maryland will determine these things on your behalf.
Advanced Directives
Allows you to decide, in advance, your health care needs in the case of a serious injury or illness. It also allows you to name a healthcare power of attorney who can make your healthcare decisions if you cannot.
Powers of Attorney
Powers of Attorney allow you to name someone to handle your financial affairs if you become incompetent.
Estate Administration
